In this “Talent of the Future” panel at the Georgetown Africa Business Conference, Dr. Lydiah Kemunto Bosire spoke along with Jake Obeng-Bediako, Global Youth Ambassador for Diaspora Affairs, Government of Ghana; Liz Grossman, Co-Founder & CEO of Baobab Consulting; and Udochi Nwogu, Founder of It’s Made to Order. Each shared their perspectives on “cultural and market trends, innovations and policy-making efforts required to drive African workforce mobility.” Dr. Bosire focused on the partnerships and innovations necessary to develop the right-sized human capital for Africa’s sustainable development.
